Delete your data — THEBOT

You may request erasure of your personal data at any time (Art. 17 GDPR).

1. Self-service (recommended)

Web dashboard

1. Sign in at the-bot.io
2. Open Settings
3. Choose Delete account and confirm with your password

Optional beforehand: Export my data (JSON).

THEBOT mobile app (Android)

1. Sign in to the app
2. Open the Account tab
3. Use Delete account → enter password → confirm

2. What is deleted?

• Email, profile and account data
• Stored exchange API keys and links
• Bot/settings data and push registrations
• Session and authentication tokens

3. What may be retained?

• Data we must keep by law (e.g. billing via Whop)
• Anonymised or aggregated logs without personal reference
• Consent records where legally required (Art. 7 GDPR)

4. Deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email info@the-bot.io with subject Data deletion THEBOT and your account email. We usually respond within 30 days.
